WestJet Offers 400-Cent Fare for 400 Years
In celebration of Quebec City's 400th birthday, airline offers commemorative fare of 400-cents each way on inaugural flight WestJet announced a three-day 400-cent ($4) airfare sale for guests travelling on the inaugural flight between Toronto and Quebec City on 17-May-08.

 

Guests can take advantage of the 400-cent fare by booking between 14-May-08 and 17-May-08, for travel on 17-May-08. WestJet announced service to Quebec City earlier this year to coincide with the celebration of the city's 400th birthday.

Bob Cummings, Executive Vice-President, Guest Experience and Marketin, said, "WestJet is excited to welcome Quebec City to our network of 47 destinations during such a momentous historic occasion. To celebrate Quebec City's birthday and our inaugural flight between Toronto and Quebec City we thought it would be fun to offer guests a 400-cent fare.“
