SkyEurope celebrates 10 millionth passengers, expect 15 million by 2009

SkyEurope Airlines celebrated an important milestone on 03-Apr-08, announcing the carrier checked-in its ten millionth passenger at Prague Airport. Just one and half year after marking five million passengers, SkyEurope doubled the volume and stated it expects to carry 15 million passengers by 2009.

 

SkyEurope launched its first operation between Bratislava and Kosice in Feb-02. It took four and half years for SkyEurope to cross 5 million transported passengers and another year and half to transport the same volume. SkyEurope will award the 10 millionth passengers with 10 million metres of flying for free with SkyEurope Airlines.
