Bombardier confirms Q400 customer as being Air Berlin |

Air Berlin CEO, Joachim Hunold, said “We will be deploying our Q400 aircraft on routes that do not require the seating capacity of our jet aircraft”.
About Air Berlin
Founded in 1978, Air Berlin has a fleet of 124 jets. The Q400 will be the carrier’s first turboprop aircraft and will be configured with 76 passenger seats.
Air Berlin currently serves more than 100 destinations, operating to major cities in Europe, North America and Asia. The carrier also offers domestic services in Germany.
