SIA Engineering and Cebu Pacific to set JV MRO

(XFN Asia) SIA Engineering Co Ltd announced it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cebu Pacific Air to set up a JV MRO facility at Clark International Airport.

 

SIA Engineering will hold a 65% share in the JV, with Cebu Pacific holding the remaining 35%. 

The JV plans to build three hangars over a three-year period to provide MRO services for narrow body and wide body aircraft to Cebu Pacific and other carriers.
