bmibaby announces new routes for Summer 2008
(c) Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation: bmibaby launched Stage two if its Summer 2008 schedule from Birmingham International, Cardiff International, East Midlands and Manchester Airports.

 

The airline announced new routes for Summer from Birmingham International Airport to Milan (Bergamo), Madrid and Krakow; from Cardiff International Airport to Gdansk and Warsaw and from East Midlands Airport to Nice, Gdansk and Warsaw.  bmibaby will also increase frequency on popular Mediterranean routes during the peak months.  

For Summer 2008, the airline will bring back the popular routes of Bordeaux, Marseille Provence and Barcelona from Birmingham International Airport. During the peak Summer months, the airline will also offer twelve weekly services from Birmingham to Malaga, eight weekly services to Alicante, six weekly services to Murcia and five weekly services to Faro.
                                                                                                                        
In total, bmibaby will operate 358 flights per week to/from Birmingham International Airport during the peak season to 23 destinations: Aberdeen, Alicante, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Belfast (Intl), Bordeaux, Ireland West Knock, Edinburgh, Faro, Geneva (Winter 07/08), Glasgow (Intl), Jersey, Krakow, Lisbon, Madrid, Malaga, Marseille Provence, Milan (Bergamo), Murcia, Nice, Palma, Prague and Rome Fiumicino.  

bmibaby will operate 134 flights per week to/from Cardiff International Airport during the Summer to 13 destinations: Alicante, Amsterdam, Belfast (Intl), Edinburgh, Faro, Geneva (Winter 2007/08), Gdansk, Glasgow, Jersey, Malaga, Murcia, Palma and Warsaw.  

From East Midlands Airport, bmibaby will operate 248 flights per week, to 15 destinations: Alicante, Amsterdam, Belfast (Intl), Edinburgh, Faro, Geneva (Winter 2007/08), Gdansk, Glasgow (Intl), Jersey, Malaga, Nice, Palma, Paris (CDG), Prague and Warsaw. 

From Manchester Airport, bmibaby will bring back the popular routes of Bordeaux and Perpignan in Summer-08.  Service will operate daily to Bordeaux and six times weekly to Perpignan. The airline will operate 178 flights per week from the airport, covering 12 destinations: Alicante, Belfast (Intl), Bordeaux, Cork, Geneva (Winter 2007/08), Ireland West Knock, Jersey, Malaga, Newquay, Palma, Perpignan and Prague.
