Hong Kong's Shun Tak Holdings to proceed with Macau budget airline JV plans
(XFN-ASIA) Shun Tak Holdings will proceed with its plans to form a joint venture budget airline in Macau, Managing Director, Pansy Ho, said.
Shun Tak reportedly remains in talks with Air China for the proposed venture and the group expects to push the project forward.
The proposed LCC, to be named Macau Asia Express, will be held 51% by Air Macau, 31.36% by Shun Tak and 17.64% by Air China.
It plans to deploy 15 to 20 leased aircraft.
