(CAPA) Cebu Pacific is offering P1 (USD 2 cent) one-way seats for its new services to China.
The China seat sale will run from 09-Oct-07 to 15-Oct-07, or until seats are sold out, and is good for travel from 01-Nov-07 until 31-Jan-08. The P1 seats are available for the airline’s services to Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou and Macau. There are 15,000 seats available for the promotional sale.
“We want to really encourage the Filipino public to take advantage of this seat sale because fares to China can’t get any lower than this. We are doing this to raise the awareness for our China routes and more importantly to stimulate tourist arrivals to and from China because we are offering the seat sale on both sides of the market,” said Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific Vice President for Marketing and Product.
Ms Iyog added, “We are extremely excited to be operating these new routes because we know that this will positively impact travel between these two rapidly rising nations. We are doing this to further support our country’s tourism agenda.”
Now in its 12th year, Cebu Pacific has the youngest fleet of aircraft in the Philippines. The LCC operates 14 Airbus aircraft to its 20 domestic and 12 international destinations with the recent addition of Guangzhou and Macau later this week.
