In an exclusive interview with Peanuts.aero, Viva Macau CEO, Con Korfiatis, discusses what makes Viva Macau different to other LCCs in the region, the airlines current position and growth plans, and the challenges the airline faces in its operating environment. Viva Macau, which commenced operations in 2004, provides long haul operates from its home base in Macau. The airline currently operates a fleet of two B767 aircraft, but has plans to expand its fleet to 15 aircraft within five years. Currently, the airline operates services to Pusan, the Maldives, Jakarta and Sydney, but plans to expand this network and route frequencies as it receives additional aircraft.
