JetBlue now flying out of Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C.
JetBlue Airways (Nasdaq: JBLU) today proudly brings its long-anticipated service and low fares to Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), its third airport in the Baltimore-Washington region.

JetBlue is now offering seven daily nonstop flights to Boston's Logan International Airport (BOS) and one daily nonstop flight each to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Orlando International Airport (MCO).

To further celebrate the inaugural service, JetBlue is offering a special $49 (a) sale fare each way between Washington's Reagan National and Boston. Flights are on sale today through November 4th, at www.jetblue.com, for travel between December 1, 2010 and Jan 31, 2011. Blackout dates and other restrictions apply.

Since JetBlue announced plans to serve the Boston-Ronald Reagan National market lowest fare walk-up have dropped 60% (b).

National Airport is JetBlue's 62nd destination. The carrier also serves the region with service from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). With the addition of seven daily flights from National to Boston - complementing the five daily nonstop flights currently offered to Boston from BWI and the six daily flights it available to Boston from Dulles - JetBlue is now the largest carrier for flights between Boston and the Baltimore-Washington region, with 18 conveniently-timed departures each business day.

Furthermore, JetBlue, and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), operators of National Airport, have joined together to invest in a substantial renovation of Terminal A that includes many environmental considerations such as:

* JetBlue's ticket and gate counters are made entirely of recycled products;

* Solar panels have been installed on the roof of the ticketing lobby to power large ceiling fans, reducing energy usage by reducing heating/cooling and returning electricity to the grid;

* Lighting installed in the lobby, some powered by solar panels, are also lit by highly energy efficient LED light bulbs which, combined with the natural light from the terminal's skylights, reduce energy consumption;

* Most of the new baggage system installed in this terminal for JetBlue's start-up is built from recycled materials.

"The new Washington service makes Jet Blue the number one carrier at Logan, with 40 destinations, and more to come," he added.
