Spicejet - Allotment of equity shares

Spicejet Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has made allotment of equity shares as under:

1. 220,950 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of 44.20 per shares to Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal on January 13, 2010 on preferential basis in terms of authority given by the shareholders on December 23, 2009 and in-principle approval from regulatory authority dated December 29, 2009; and

2. 103,900 equity shares of Rs. 10 each consequent upon exercise of options granted to employees under Employee Stock Qption scheme 2007 on January 20, 2010.
