Customers with easyJet bookings from East Midlands Airport for the period 6 January 2010 onwards will be contacted directly by easyJet in the next few days with three options:

1. A full refund.

2. A transfer at no additional cost to an alternative easyJet flight from another airport.

3. A transfer at no additional cost to an alternative flight with bmiIbaby from East Midlands Airport.
