Flybe launches its first ever German route from Exeter
Flybe has added another brand new route to and from Exeter, this time for its first ever service to Germany from the SW base, namely a three times weekly summer service to Hannover that gives travellers even more options for affordable European getaways.

Mike Rutter, Flybe’s Chief Commercial Officer comments: “With this brand new route to Hannover we’re giving travellers an affordable way to travel to and from this popular German destination for the first time ever. We expect this new summer service to Hannover to prove popular to both business and leisure travellers.”

Commenting on the new route, Exeter Airport’s managing director, Jamie Christon, says: “Links to Germany have been on our wish list for many years and this route to Hannover looks set to please many travellers from the South West. There has been a gap in the market and we are delighted that Flybe is able to provide a service that will also bring inbound tourism to the region.”

Adds Mr Rutter: “This announcement further reinforces Flybe’s commitment to bringing convenient, low cost travel to the South West and reaffirms our position as Exeter’s number one airline. With flights available for booking now, we’d urge travellers to book early so they don’t miss out on the lowest fares possible.”
