CEB unveils international seat sale for Korea, Japan routes
Promo fares as low as P2,799 MAIN TITLE

Gokongwei-owned airline, Cebu Pacific (CEB), slashes its fares for Korea and Japan with a P2,999 seat sale from August 5-7, 2009. Travel period is from October 15-December 15, 2009.

The seat sale is specifically for Osaka, Japan, and all Korea services. These are flights from Manila to Incheon (Seoul) and from Cebu to Incheon (Seoul) and Busan.

Passengers bound for Korea can also avail of the Go Lite fare of P2,799 if they have no check-in baggage. Both fares are exclusive of the Philippine Travel Tax.

“For the first half of 2009, we flew more than five hundred thousand passengers to our North Asia routes. Our increased frequencies and very low fares allow us to sustain the growing number of passengers to these markets,” said Candice Iyog, VP for Marketing and Distribution.

CEB is the only ASEAN low-cost carrier serving North Asia’s major destinations such as China, Japan and South Korea.

“Korea and Japan have always held an allure to Every Juan, with both countries’ rich cultures and amazing sights. We hope to help more families, friends and businesses by giving them an affordable air travel alternative,” she added.

Iyog said, “As we take delivery of more aircraft in the next three years, we are looking forward to increasing our frequencies to Korea and Japan. This way, we can continue stimulating the economy and tourism in the destinations we fly to.”
