Air Berlin the largest airline in Berlin with over four million passengers is offering a total of three new destinations: Göteborg, Stockholm and Münster/Osnabrück.

And starting on 12-May-07, Air Berlin will also be offering flights to Rimini from Berlin in its flight schedule. "We are delighted with the increasing commitment shown by our home carrier Air Berlin to the capital", says Dr Rainer Schwarz, CEO of Berlin Airports.

Air Berlin is offering daily flights, except Saturdays, to Göteborg and Stockholm-Arlanda. Two flights per day will be operated on the new route to Münster/Osnabrück from Monday to Friday and one flight per day on Sundays. Starting on 12-May-07, Air Berlin will be flying every Saturday to the Italian holiday paradise of Rimini.

Air Berlin is Germany's second-largest airline and Europe's third-largest low-cost carrier. In 2006, Air Berlin welcomed a total of 19.7 million passengers on board.
