Spicejet orders 10 Boeing 737s for 700 mln usd
LONDON (AFX) - The Boeing Company and New Delhi-based SpiceJet today announced that the airline has ordered 10 Next-Generation 737-800s for approximately 700 mln usd at list prices.

The order follows previous orders in February 2005 and August 2006 for a total of 30 737s.

SpiceJet is one of India's newest start-up private carriers and began service in May 2005 with three leased Boeing 737-800s, and today operates a fleet of 11 737-800s.
