Southwest Airlines Adds Six Flights in Eight Cities |

"We are a growth airline, and we are thrilled to be able to offer this new service to our Customers," said Gary Kelly, Southwest Airlines Chief Executive Officer. "So far this year, we have added several flights and have announced that we will begin service in San Francisco later this year, and we will continue to look for opportunities to grow."
The new Southwest Airlines flights break out as follows:
BEGINNING JUNE 4, 2007:
* One additional daily nonstop roundtrip between Albuquerque and Dallas
(for a total of eight).
* One additional daily nonstop roundtrip between Albuquerque and Seattle
(for a total of two).
* One additional daily nonstop roundtrip between Dallas and New Orleans
(for a total of five).
BEGINNING JUNE 17, 2007:
* One new daily nonstop roundtrip between Norfolk and Tampa Bay.
* One additional daily nonstop roundtrip between Houston and Tampa Bay
(for a total of four).
* One additional daily nonstop roundtrip between Houston and Orlando
(for a total of four).
Southwest is offering special fares for the new nonstop flight between Norfolk and Tampa Bay. Customers can take advantage of $69 one-way fares on this new service. These 14-day advance purchase fares are available for purchase beginning today through June 17, 2007, for travel beginning June 17, 2007, through the end of the schedule.
NEW SERVICE FARE SALE RULES
The Norfolk to Tampa Bay fare is available for nonstop flights only for purchase today through June 17, 2007. All tickets must be purchased 14 days in advance. When combining fares, all ticketing restrictions apply. Seats are limited. Fares may vary by destination and day of travel and will not be available on some flights that operate during very busy travel times and holiday periods. Fares do not include a federal segment tax of $3.40 per takeoff and landing. Fares do not include airport-assessed passenger facility charges (PFC) of $4.50 one-way and U.S. government-imposed September 11th Security Fees of $2.50 one-way. Fares are subject to change until ticketed. Tickets are nonrefundable but may be applied toward the purchase of future travel on Southwest Airlines. Fares are valid on Southwest-operated published, scheduled service only and are not available through the Group Desk.
