York Global Finance II S.a.r.l. has extended the deadline for the repayment of its EUR15 million loan granted in Dec-2007 and its EUR10 million loan granted in Sep-2008 to SkyEurope Airlines a.s. to 15-Jun-09. Both loans were due for repayment on 15-May-09 in accordance with the loan agreements as amended.
Dado a que York Global Finance II le ha extendido a SkyEurope la fecha limite para el pago de deuda de EUR15 millones otorgada en Diciembre-2007 y de EUR10 millones otorgada en Septiembre-2008, SkyEurope Holding AG ha decidido postponer la publicacion de sus resultados financieros para el periodo correspondiente hasta el 30-Sep-08.
SkyEurope Holding AG announces the further postponement of the publication of its annual financial statements for the financial year ended 30-Sep-08 as SkyEurope Holding AG’s management continues to assess certain material estimates in connection with these annual financial statements.
SkyEurope Holding AG's management expects that the audited annual financial statements will be published by 15-Jun-09. SkyEurope Holding AG has already published its preliminary result for 2008 on 28-Nov-08.
