bmibaby increases Cardiff-Wales services for rugby fans
bmibaby is reporting (19-Mar-09) an increase in bookings from Irish rugby fans looking to watch Ireland versus Wales in the final round of the RBS Six Nations Championship at the Millennium Stadium on 21-Mar-09.

The demand for flights to Cardiff has been so great that bmibaby has increased capacity and added in an extra five flights between the two cities over the weekend period.  The airline has four flights departing from Belfast International to Cardiff on 20-Mar-09, and three flights departing from Wales on 22-Mar-09.  bmibaby expects to carry over 590 passengers to Cardiff this Friday.

Flights from Belfast International to Cardiff Airport in the period leading up to the big game are already at over 90% capacity and the remaining seats are selling fast.
