SkyEurope extends deadline for repayment of York loan

York Global Finance II extended (16-Feb-09) the deadline for the repayment of its EUR 15 million loan granted in Dec-07 and its EUR 10 million loan granted in Sep-08 to SkyEurope Airlines to 15-Mar-09. Both loans were due for repayment on 15-Feb-09 in accordance with the loan agreements as amended.
