WestJet to launch Ottawa-Cancun service

WestJet announced (27-Jan-09) the launch of a limited time, non-stop service between Ottawa and Cancun, Mexico beginning 04-Mar-09. Bob Cummings, WestJet Executive Vice-President of Guest Experience and Marketing said, Our loyal guests in the Ottawa-Gatineau region are about to get a double dose of WestJet fun. In February, our WestJetters celebrate Winterlude at the Fun 'n Festival Zone, and in March, we launch a weekly route to Cancun for Ottawans looking to spend a well-deserved spring break on the beaches of Mexico.

 
In addition to Cancun, WestJet also flies non-stop from Ottawa to Fort
Lauderdale, Tampa and Orlando.
