Mexicos Avolar takes delivery of two additional B737s
Avolar Aerolineas, a Mexican LCC, announced (08-May-06) it has acquired two additional B737s, for a total fleet of three B737s
The carrier plans to take delivery of a fourth B737 this month and a fifth B737 by Jul-06.
Avolar, which launched scheduled domestic services in Sep-05, operates an average of 170 weekly domestic flights, and plans to expand to 20 Mexican destinations by mid-year. The carrier plans to add five new destinations this month: Guadalajara on 11-May-06 and Culiacan, Durango, La Paz and Los Mochis on 25-May-06.
