AirTran Airways announces new service to Cancun
AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings Inc announced (02-Oct-08) plans to expand its Caribbean services with new flights to Cancun, Mexico, effective 25-Feb-09. AirTran Airways will offer non-stop flights between Cancun International Airport and both Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.

 

In addition to the non-stop flights, AirTran Airways will connect 55 destinations to Cancun through Atlanta, including Orlando, Columbus, and Philadelphia. The carrier connects to seven destinations through Baltimore/Washington, including Boston, Milwaukee, and Burlington.
