Norwegian starts scheduled service to Canaries
Norwegian Air Shuttle is starting direct scheduled service to Spain’s Canary Islands starting on 28-Oct.

Norwegian will fly there twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Travellers can combine a city-based holiday with a relaxed beachside existence or sporting activities. Regardless of their preferences, the island is a classic that attracts Swedes to return year after year.

Krister Aarnio, CEO of Norwegian Sweden says, “We see great potential for scheduled flights to Gran Canaria from Stockholm, since demand is increasing but supply is limited. Passengers who quickly want to reach Gran Canaria today must fly charter or travel via a major European city, so we are pleased to be able to offer non-stop flights to one of our most popular tourist destinations.”
