Sterling Airlines changes ownership structure and new top management

In connection with a change in structure amongst the owners of Sterling Airlines, Palmi Haraldsson is now sole owner and shareholder of Northern Travel Holdings that owns Sterling, amongst other investments.

 

Palmi Haraldsson will from now on concentrate his activities in the travel and aviation industry, and has plans of bringing in a substantial amount of new capital.

In connection with the changes in ownership, there will also be replacement in the top management of Sterling Airlines. President and CEO, Reza Taleghani will step back and leave the chair to Almar Örn Hilmarsson.

Almar Örn Hilmarsson is well known with Sterling’s employees, customers and collaborators. He was the CEO and President of Sterling Airlines between summer 2005 and Mar-08.
