Industrial Revitalisation Corp of Japan, a Japanese Government corporate rehabilitation agency, reportedly (15-Dec-06) transferred its 42% shareholding in Skynet Asia Airways (SNA).
The shareholding was transferred to an industrial group, including All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Miyakoh Holdings, for approximately USD21.2 million, in late Dec-06. ANA, which acquired a 15% stake in SNA in 2005, is reportedly expected to assume a corporate supervisory role for both SNA and Miyakoh Holdings. SNA is based in Fukuoka and operates a fleet of six B737s to domestic destinations.
