Air Berlin wins legal victory against Luebeck Airport.

Air Berlin announced (08-Aug-06) it has won the first part of a legal action taken on behalf of the Federation of German Airlines against the subsidies paid by Luebeck Airport to Ryanair.

The First Chamber for Trade Disputes at the District Court of Kiel decided that the remuneration regulations at Luebeck Airport were unreasonable and therefore not binding and ruled that the airport must disclose all preferential arrangements made with Ryanair.
