ATA awards maintenance contract.
ATA Airlines awarded (28-Jun-06) Lufthansa Technik (LT) two ten-year maintenance contracts, including the sale and lease-back of ATAs existing parts inventory.

LT were awarded a Total Component Maintenance contract covering three B737-300s, 25 B737-800s, 20 B757-200/-300s and four L1011-500s and a Total Engine Support contract covering CFM International CFM56-7 engines of the 25 B737-800 airplanes. No financial details were disclosed.
