Air Berlin says German cartel office extends review of Condor buy to Aug 11

(XFN Asia) Air Berlin Plc stated that the German cartel office has again extended the deadline for its review of Air Berlin’s planned acquisition of low cost carrier, Condor, from Thomas Cook by two months until 11-Aug-08.

The extension was made with the approval of Air Berlin and Thomas Cook.
